sickness, sickness and more sickness

We have had it bad here all month. So here is the update...Dillon is talking up a storm sometimes I have to look at him to make sure it is him I just heard cause it blows my mind how grown up he is getting. Of corse with that comes the whole yelling and talking back and trying to do it his way. That is driving me crazy. He had his first dentist appointment and did great no cavity's.
Breanna is doing well her hair has grown an inch this month I think...making it even crazier lol. She still isn't really talking much. She loves her animals and pacifiers. She is just so cute and such a big girl. She can walk to and from the car now into the house I mean but still needs help getting up the step lol. Here are some pics from this month.

So Breanna has just totally turned in to my little girl! She reminds me so much of myself and yet I think Dillon is more like me. Dillon is quick to cuddle up under my arm and snuggle for hours where Breanna is more into her own thing. However she is starting to get more clingy and wanting to sit with me. Dillon is just such a sweet child and it comes so natural to him. I mean he has his moments definitely but after he may yell all the way through target and hit me and tell me no embarrassing me to no end. He will look at me and say hey mommy and I say what he says I like you. it melts my heart. He also will say things out of the blue like last night he was in our bed and says this is daddy's side. right here is daddy's side and when he comes home he will sleep here.
Breanna is very attached to her stuffed animals and it is so sweet. She snuggles with them every night and hands them to me every morning to get them out of the crib. Today I was talking to steve and the kids were in her room playing. I took the side of her crib off so they could play...so she had full access to her animals and she was so cute dragging them around and then laying herself on them for a cuddle. It just reminded me so much of myself as a kid.

Breanna is one!

So our baby girl is one! I cannot believe it. A year has come and gone as fast as her birth did. Dillon is sick and in turn gotten us sick and so i had to push back her big party so at 10 last night I decided I would give her a party today as well as on the 11th. So by 8 am we were at the grocery store. We came home and made the cake and sat it to cool. While we went to toys r us so she could get some things with the money Grannie and Ken and Jeff gave her. She ended up with a cd player and new cd and pacis from Grannie and ken and a car from Jeff. Of corse I could not take Dillon there without getting him something so he ended up with some shark game thing. She is part of the birthday club there so she got a balloon and hat. then we went and picked up 4 of the balloons we had ordered for Saturday. Came home and decorated the cake. Then proceeded to have a loving quarantined impromptu birthday party. Breanna enjoyed the cake though she did not make to big of a mess. At one point she picked up the whole piece and tried to shove it in. Then both the kids got a bath and we opened presents. None of them mattered though except for this car from Jeff. She has played with it non stop. she is possessive of it even. It is funny cause I almost did not get it for her. She had wanted to play with it in the store so bad she followed me around crying. Even now hours later she is on and off of it only getting off to take a drink or bring a toy over to play with while she sits on it. She is so funny and to cute with it. Breanna is very in to music so her cd player is for her room at night. It is almost time to keep the windows open and this will help cut the noise. I had promised not to buy her any more pacis so when she finally lost them all I would break her of it but ya she got some more today.
Email is down on the ship so Steve has not been able to wish her happy birthday or hear anything about her birthday or even us being sick. I feel so bad for him cause i know he must be dying to know whats going on and check on her.
she is just sitting on this car rocking to the music lol. Dillon said I was Ariel, he was Sebastian, Breanna is a seahorse on it and Steve is Flounder lol. I thought that was cute.
I think she has had a good birthday even with the obstacles. I think she would have been ok not to have anything but this car lol. We will get to do it all again on the 11th. Fun fun.
